Job description

We are looking for a Case Manager to join the team at a Brand New Service based in Kidlington with travel across Oxfordshire to support administration for Domestic Abuse Services. The salary is up to £29,000 depending on experience. This is a highly rewarding role with the chance to be part of a new team!

As Case Manager, you will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with perpetrators to proactively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change, and link to complementary services.

To do this, you will work alongside existing agencies to design a coordinated intervention plan, addressing identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.

You will work closely with the IDVAs (Integrated Domestic Violence Advisors) to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse, and offending.
