As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting industry members by:


  1. Collaborating with clients to create personalised support plans addressing their unique needs, including mental health, financial, employment, family, housing, and welfare benefits.

  2. Monitoring client progress and adjusting support plans to accommodate changing circumstances.

  3. Facilitating training sessions, including Mental Health First Aid, for industry organisations.

  4. Building strategic partnerships to enhance our support services.

  5. Engaging in regular case reviews to provide the best solutions possible.


What We're Looking For:


We seek an empathetic individual who excels under pressure and can prioritise effectively. The ideal candidate will possess:


  1. A degree or relevant training in psychology, mental health, or a related field.

  2. Experience in a mental health or social care support role.
