Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking an experienced Discovery Case Manager or eDiscovery Programme Manager for a 12-month contract to support high-profile investigations in-house. The role offers hands-on or end-to-end lifecycle management of eDiscovery matters within a fast-paced legal environment.

Candidates should have a background in law or eDiscovery and be comfortable managing data collection, preservation, review, and production, with strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyers, paralegals, eDiscovery professionals, or project managers are suitable candidates.
  • Experience in law firm, corporate, government, investigations or eDiscovery vendor environments.
  • Experience using eDiscovery review platforms and understanding the EDRM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal investigations and legal teams on eDiscovery matters
  • Manage legal hold notifications and preservation activities
  • Coordinate data collection, processing, review, and production
  • Conduct fact-finding and case progression activities
  • Maintain databases, forms, and case documentation
  • Review and organise sensitive and confidential materials
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel and service providers
  • Ensure defensible and efficient eDiscovery processes in response to litigation and inquiries
  • Support the full EDRM lifecycle

Discovery Case Manager / eDiscovery Programme Manager (12-Month Contract)
About the Opportunity

We are supporting a global technology organisation seeking an experiencedeDiscovery Case ManageroreDiscovery Programme Managerto join its in-house investigations and legal teams on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The Role

Depending on experience, you will either provide hands-on support to the existing eDiscovery investigations team or manage the end-to-end lifecycle of eDiscovery matters.

Key responsibilities may include:
  • Supporting internal investigations and legal teams on eDiscovery matters
  • Managing legal hold notifications and preservation activities
  • Coordinating data collection, processing, review, and production
  • Conducting fact-finding and case progression activities
  • Maintaining databases, forms, and case documentation
  • Reviewing and organising sensitive and confidential materials
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and service providers
  • Ensuring defensible and efficient eDiscovery processes in response to litigation, regulatory inquiries, and investigations
  • Supporting the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle
Candidate Requirements

We are interested in speaking with:

  • Qualified lawyers, paralegals, eDiscovery professionals, or project managers
  • Candidates with experience gained in a law firm, corporate, government, investigations, or eDiscovery vendor environment
  • Professionals with experience using eDiscovery review platforms
  • Individuals with a strong understanding of the EDRM process
  • Candidates experienced in handling highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong communicators with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
  • Relativity experience or certifications
  • Experience supporting internal investigations, litigation, or regulatory matters

Duration:12 months

Working Pattern:Full-time
