Account Executive - Case Handler Camberley, Surrey

As a Case Handler, you will look after our ongoing cases on behalf of our clients and customers. As the middle point between the two, you will be responsible for ongoing communications over telephone and email, working towards a set target to ensure that cases are handled in an efficient and effective manner.

What you will be doing:
  1. Reviewing an existing caseload with the support of your team
  2. Contacting customers and clients by telephone and email, and ensuring communication between the two
  3. Liaising with our enforcement team to ensure caseload enquiries are being followed up
  4. Working to deadlines to ensure the most efficient services is provided
  5. Report writing/invoicing
