Job description

As part of the Case Disposals Team, you will be responsible for updating PNC with Court Results and providing disclosure to Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and liaising with Officers and staff. You will be responsible for managing your own case load to complete disclosure within the required target date.

You will be required to converse concisely and professionally in both the written form and verbally with internal and external partners. This role is a Hybrid position so flexible working will apply once successful training and integration to the role/team has been achieved.

You will need to have a good standard of education and recent experience of working in an administrative role within a customer service environment together with proven written and verbal communication skills. The ability to use your own initiative and problem solve within a team environment, whilst maintaining attention to detail is essential together with proven time management and organisational skills. A full UK driving licence is considered essential as you may need the capability to travel to different locations across the force.
