Mortgage Intelligence Holdings are looking for a detail-oriented Case Checker ideally with experience in a regulated financial services environment.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing submitted cases to ensure that “best advice” is consistently applied, aligned with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty principles. Acting as a key part of our Compliance function, you will assess the quality and suitability of recommendations, provide clear feedback to advisers and field staff.

Main responsibilities:

  • Review mortgage, protection & GI cases to ensure they meet FCA and company standards
  • Ensure advice given reflects Consumer Duty principles and delivers the best outcomes for customers
  • Provide clear feedback to advisers to support ongoing improvement
  • Identify trends, risks, and training needs through case analysis
  • Support a positive compliance culture across the network

Skills and experience required:

  • Confident with IT systems and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with great organisation skills
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
