As our Case Administrator, you’ll play a key role in preparing case files for multiple teams and managing both internal and external enquiries. You’ll also provide essential guidance on a variety of offences, with public enquiries handled via telephone.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Processing minor offences to ensure files are produced.
  2. Interacting with a range of stakeholders about sensitive matters and conflicts.
  3. Gathering additional information and referring complex files to a Case Builder.
