We are excited to announce a new opportunity within the Relationship Management and Global Claims team, part of Client Support Services (CSS).

This is a fantastic chance to join our successful team of Global Relationship Managers who collaborate with our business partners, clients, and brokers across Guy Carpenter. If you are early in your career and currently working as a reinsurance client advocate or a client-facing technician specializing in Pro-Rata and Claims, consider this role as a significant step forward in your professional development.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing a holistic view across the entire servicing value chain, connecting production and post-placement areas, ensuring claims are part of our sales culture.
• Being the first point of contact for Brokers and senior executives within the Ceded Re departments of our clients.
• Advocating for the client and representing their interests with business partners.
• Partnering with MI teams to design and deliver regular management reports.
• Exploring business development opportunities with brokers.
• Continuously reviewing and enhancing skillsets.
• Building strategic partnerships to improve performance cycle times.
• Coaching colleagues to demonstrate a pipeline of excellence and succession planning.
• Working in a hybrid role, with at least three days a week in our London office.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of reinsurance principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience in Pro-Rata and XOL claims handling within insurance or reinsurance.
• Experience working with senior reinsurance stakeholders.
• Experience with post-placement activities.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business value.
• Proven ability to demonstrate positive results for clients and the business.
