Responsibilities:

  1. Promote the sale of appropriate parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the products.
  2. Take customer orders and fulfill their individual needs.
  3. Maintain parts inventory for new and replacement parts.
  4. Handle ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory.
  5. Process paperwork for parts and invoices.
  6. Stay updated with continuing education and research to maintain job knowledge.
  7. Collaborate closely with the service, collision, and wholesale departments.
  8. Manage day-to-day parts department responsibilities.
  9. Build and maintain vendor relationships.
  10. Manage and schedule staff.
