Qualifications

• Verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Repair doors, fire doors, locks, windows, ceilings, flooring.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Work safely under Health & Safety legislation and COSHH.
• Support emergency maintenance and mandatory training.
