Carpentry and Brick Technician/Demonstrator

Salary up to GBP26,484 per annum

Are you passionate about carpentry and brick and eager to inspire the next generation of construction professionals? Our Stratford construction provision is growing each year, and this growth has led to us requiring an inspiring carpentry and brick technician. The role provides support to teaching staff and students in the workshops and overall technical support to the area.

You will supervise and support students during their practical activities through the demonstration of technical processes, and complete general duties associated with the stores and maintenance of tools and equipment in the area. Experience of working within the construction industry is essential.

You should hold a Level 2 qualification in Carpentry, Brick or a construction trade and have or be willing to work towards a First Aid at Work qualification.
