A leading housing association is seeking an experienced FENSA qualified Window Fitter/Carpenter for their Isle of Wight locality. We're currently recruiting for an experienced and FENSA qualified Window Fitter/Carpenter to join our Property Team focusing on our planned window and door programme in our Isle of Wight locality. As you'll spend a fair amount of time on the road we will provide you with a business use van and fuel card so you'll not be out of pocket.

What you'll do:
As a Window Fitter/Carpenter you will carry out window and door replacements as well as carrying out emergency carpentry tasks and out of hours work (gaining entry/boarding up).
What you'll need:
You should have experience within a similar role, ideally from within a Residential/Housing sector and must be FENSA qualified at level 2 and have a minimum of 5 years proven track record working in carpentry.
Have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.

This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call out and overtime at competitive rates to enhance your earnings!
Due to the requirement to travel, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 years experience and have the ability to drive and take home a company van.
This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check, essential qualifications check and a basic DBS disclosure.
