Job summary

Golding Homes is looking for a skilled Carpenter/ Multi Trader to join our in-house Repairs and Maintenance teams in Maidstone. You will carry out carpentry and broader maintenance work across our properties, ensuring high standards and value for money for our customers.

You will travel between properties, work as part of a friendly team, and enjoy a stable career with Golding Homes. A full driving licence and Basic DBS are required, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• A primary trade qualification preferred but not essential.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements (working at heights, asbestos awareness, manual handling, COSH).
• Driving licence and Basic DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and other trades across Golding Homes' properties in Maidstone and surrounding areas.
• Work with Repairs or Voids teams to ensure repairs are completed on time and to standard.
• Travel between properties as part of daily duties.
