Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to refurbish and repair void social housing properties across East London. You will work with housing associations to prepare properties to a high standard for new tenants.

Responsibilities include reactive and planned carpentry, door/frame repairs, basic plumbing, plaster patching, tiling, and making-good works within agreed timescales. A PDA is used to manage tasks, and safety and cleanliness are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry.
• Full UK driving licence (manual).
• Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned carpentry and general maintenance in void properties.
• Repair and replace doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens and flooring.
• Undertake minor multi-trade tasks such as plumbing, plaster patching, tiling and general making-good works.
