We are recruiting an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter to cover South London, preferably with experience in social housing or local authority environments. You will perform carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance, delivering high-quality, 'right first time', cost-effective building services to our customers.
Applicants must have the ability to undertake related trade tasks within competency, possess an NVQ2 qualification or equivalent, and have relevant long-term trade experience. Please only apply if you have carpentry experience with extended skills in social housing.
You will work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems, and recognized industrial standards, minimizing property damage.

A full driving license is required; a company van will be provided for working hours.
To ensure safe, high-quality services, a standard background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) will be completed after an offer is made. You will be enrolled in the DBS updating service, with checks every three years. The organization will cover the cost of the DBS.
