The Role

We are recruiting an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter to cover South London, ideally with experience in social housing or local authority environments. You will perform carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective building services.

Candidates must have relevant trade experience, NVQ2 or equivalent, and experience in social housing. Work must comply with legislation, standards, and safety practices, minimizing property damage.

Additional Requirements

A full driving license is necessary; a company van will be provided.

Background checks via DBS are required, with costs covered by the organization. Note: No visa sponsorship is available.
