Job summary

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced carpenter multi to join our client's reactive maintenance team in Ealing, London. The role is on a temp to perm basis with 42.5 hours per week and an hourly rate of £22 CIS, with a van and fuel card provided.

You will carry out carpentry repairs in tenanted properties, including doors, frames and general woodwork, and occasionally undertake secondary trades while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Carpentry.
• Domestic/social housing/council property repairs experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance including doors, frames, skirting, and general woodwork.
• Attend properties and complete work within agreed timeframes.
• Carry out secondary trades when required.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
