This role will be part of our Property Services pillar:
Property Services– We revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods. From delivering large programmes of work for social housing providers to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients.
Our Responsive Repairs division delivers critical repairs and maintenance works to residential properties in partnership with a number of housing associations across the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team of Multi-Trades Operatives to deliver a high-quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes. You will have a good track record and relevant qualifications, ideally in a similar environment (contractor or client-side).
You will be expected to operate within the area of North East London.
