Job description

We are currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade in the Birmingham area working for well-established Housing association. This role is on a long rolling term contract.

As the Carpenter Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

• Bathroom fitting
• Working tenanted houses/void houses
• Basic plumbing and tiling when required

The successful Carpenter Multi Trade will:

• Have a van and be able to commute to site
• Have their own tools
• Have relevant industry experience

In return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:

• £22 per hour (CIS payments available)
• Mileage paid
• Weekly pay
• 40 hours per week
• Long term work
