I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi for a Repairs contract working on domestic social housing properties and care homes around Merseyside. a Van and Fuel Card is provided from day one.

The Carpenter Multi will be required to carry out various day to day repairs such as:

• Doors, Skirting, Archs
• Kitchen Units
• Basic Plumbing
• Patch Plastering
• Decorating

Ideally, I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi that has:

• Full UK Driving Licence (A company van will be provided)
• a clear criminal record (a DBS will be required for this role)
• Experience in a repairs role previously

In return, the Carpenter Multi will receive:

• 21.58 per hour
