A leading recruitment agency is seeking skilled Carpenters for ongoing work in residential properties around Epping. You'll be responsible for installing and repairing windows, flooring, and more. On-call duties with additional earnings available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential settings.
• Valid driving license required for travel to job sites.
• On-call availability necessary.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair windows and doors.
• Perform boxing in, flooring, tiling, and basic decorating.
• Manage maintenance tasks, including damp and mould washes and void clearance.

• Ability to travel within small areas, max 20 mins to job locations such as Buckhurst Hill, Waltham Abbey
• On-call work: 1 in 4, with potential for more; £50 per call
• Average of 15-20 calls per week during on-call periods
