Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

GBP 35,000 per annum plus Call out

The maintenance work will include the following skills:

1. Install and repair windows and doors
2. Kitchen fitting
3. Boxing in
4. Flooring
5. Tiling
6. Basic decorating
7. Damp and mould washes
8. Void clearance

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) for a Carpenter:

1. Experience in residential properties
2. Good social skills
3. Good customer service
4. DBS check
5. Driver's license
6. Qualifications desired
