Join a leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company as a Carpenter:Multi in the Wiltshire area. Youll carry out various carpentry and multi:trade repairs in residential properties. A company van and fuel card will be provided for travel.
Key Duties
- 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
- Install windows, doors, frames (internal and external)
- UPVC work, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting
- Minor plumbing, tiling, painting, patch plastering
- Van, fuel card, iPhone and iPad provided
- GBP335 tool allowance and GBP450 flexible benefits
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30)
- Company pension (up to 12 match) and life cover
- Uniform, PPE, and SmartTech purchase scheme
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years experience
- Full UK driving licence (min. 2 years)
