Location: HMP Woodhill, Milton Keynes, Tattenhoe Street, MK44DA
Salary: £36,678.26
Contract: Full-time / Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter inc Locksmith to join our team at HMP Woodhill, a high-security adult male prison.

Join a team that works Monday-Sunday as a supportive and driven family, committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment.

HMP Woodhill operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to function smoothly. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, your work will impact prisoners, staff, visitors, their families, and the wider community.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, cleaners, and administrators, all dedicated to maintaining a safe environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a Carpenter inc Locksmith with:

  1. Substantiated experience in a similar role
  2. Competency in using power tools and machinery
