Job Description:

Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours

We are looking to recruit a Carpenter / Joiner to join our team in Grimsby, covering surrounding areas within a 1-hour radius, working in void and empty properties.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties, including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery in a social housing setting. Tasks will be assigned via a handheld device (full training provided). You will work efficiently and safely, adhering to best practices, to ensure excellent customer service. Participation in the on-call rota is required.

About You

You should hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification and have excellent health and safety knowledge. Experience working in occupied and void properties, with a passion for completing repairs on time and to a high standard, is essential. A valid full or automatic UK driving license held for at least 12 months is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
