Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to perform responsive and planned repairs across social housing properties in the Westminster area. You will handle joinery, tiling, minor plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fittings, using a handheld device for tasks.

We require a qualified Carpenter/Joiner with NVQ 2/3 or C&G Craft, a full UK driving licence, and CSCS blue card (desirable). A permanent, full-time role with a company van and enhanced benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• C&G Craft or NVQ Level 2/3 in Joinery/Carpentry.
• Previous experience as a qualified Carpenter/Joiner.
• CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card desirable.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned repairs to occupied properties within Westminster area.
• Perform various trade repairs including joinery, tiling, plumbing, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Work efficiently and safely using a handheld PDA system.
• Deliver high quality workmanship and customer service on time.
