Permanent – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Carpenter Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team, primarily working around London, including Mile End, Isle of Dogs, and Whitechapel.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality responsive and planned repairs to occupied and void properties, undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work. Your main trade will be Carpentry, with relevant qualifications and experience, and you should also be capable of performing plumbing works.

You will receive and complete tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

You should hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or equivalent, with excellent knowledge of Health & Safety. Customer focus, experience working in occupied and void properties, and holding or working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card are essential. A passion for timely, first-time-quality repairs, punctuality, reliability, and the ability to operate small handheld tools are also required.

MSPS values employee training and development. If you have relevant experience but lack the qualification, MSPS may support you in obtaining it.

A valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is required, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
