Type: Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours

We are looking to recruit two Carpenter / Joiners to join our team in Lincoln, with coverage also in Boston and Skegness, working in void and empty properties.

About the Role:

Delivering high-quality responsive and planned repairs mainly in empty/void properties, you will undertake various trade repairs including minor plumbing, patch plastering, window/door lock changes, and all aspects of joinery within a social housing setting. Tasks will be assigned via a handheld device (full training provided). You will work efficiently and safely, adhering to best practices to ensure excellent customer service. Participation in the on-call rota is required.

About You:

You should hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification and have excellent health & safety knowledge. You must be customer-focused with experience working in both occupied and void properties, committed to completing high-quality repairs on time and right the first time.

You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided (for work use only).
