Carpenter / Joiner (Operations - Repairs, Maintenance and Voids)

About the Role

We are seeking a Carpenter / Joiner to join our Longhurst team, based at our Lincoln Office. Your main responsibilities will include delivering high-quality planned repairs to void properties, undertaking various trade repairs and maintenance tasks.

You will receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in accordance with best practices to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

• You hold a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or an equivalent certification.
• You have excellent knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
• You are customer-focused with experience working in void properties.
• You hold or are working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card.
• You are passionate about completing high-quality repairs on time, first time.
• You are punctual, reliable, and comfortable operating small handheld tools such as drills and breakers.
• If you have relevant experience but lack the qualification, MSPS may support you in obtaining it.
• You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work purposes.
