Job summary

Fourply, a Glasgow-based specialist in high-quality building projects, seeks an experienced, time-served Joiner to deliver internal joinery finishing work for established clients and expanding order book. You will carry out minor works, work on site with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, time-served carpentry & joinery, and a professional approach with good customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a time served Joiner with carpentry and joinery qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence held with clean record.
• Basic understanding of other trades is beneficial.
• Ability to work on site and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

JOB ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate a high level of competency in dealing with work orders
• Show initiative and self-discipline to see works through to a satisfactory completion
• Initiative to make decisions and resolve problems encountered on site
• Commitment for short notice requests and overtime working
• Demonstrate compliance with Company quality standards

Professional Competencies & Accountabilities

• Reliable and self-motivated individual who works well within a team
• Professional conduct required with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work methodically, efficiently and accurately in a busy environment
• Willingness to accept responsibility, ownership and control of a variety of situations

Attainments & Experience

• Full & clean UK driving licence
• Time served and qualified in Carpentry & Joinery

Benefits

• £45,000+ per annum. 39 hour working week plus regional travel and occasional overtime (overtime rewarded with time & half/double time).
• This is an immediate requirement with enhanced rates possible on proven output and development over time.
