Thorn Baker Construction is seeking an experienced Carpenter to work on a listed barn in Streatley, Berkshire. You will repair and conserve original oak beams, rafters and trusses where possible, and source and fit replacement oak timbers to match the existing structure using traditional joints.

Work must be carried out sensitively to respect the barn’s historic character and listed status, with prior experience on older and listed buildings required. A CSCS card is typically expected.
