Salary: £36,678.26 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 39 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team at HMP Winchester, a category B adult male local prison. Our team works Monday to Friday as a supportive and driven family, creating a safe and nurturing environment for the men in our care.
The prison operates like a self-contained city, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. Our Facilities Maintenance Team is committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community. You will work alongside passionate colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, Administrators, and Cleaners, all dedicated to making a positive difference.
