Salary: £20 per hour, approximately £664 take-home per week

Position: Temp to perm available, working with a well-established company in the social housing sector. The role involves assisting with maintenance repairs across their property portfolio.

The work primarily consists of reactive repairs, with daily duties assigned via PDA. A company van will be provided for travel to and from properties.

Working hours: 42.5 hours per week, with optional overtime.
