This is a real opportunity to forge a long-term career in an organisation where work life balance is huge. There’s also lots of opportunity for ongoing learning and career development if that’s what you’re looking for.

You’ll be using your carpentry and joinery experience around our various small hospitals, GP surgeries, pharmacies and health centres in a mobile role around North Yorkshire including Middlesborough, Whitby, York, and Wetherby. The work will include:

  1. Fitting fire doors
  2. Repairing doors
  3. Fixtures and fittings
  4. Keeping on top of general wear and tear of the building fabric

Working hours are Monday – Friday; 8am – 4:30pm.

As this is working in an NHS environment, we will need you to have a formal qualification like a City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or Joinery to be considered.

What we are really looking for is a strong professional who prioritizes providing quality fixes in a long-term role with great work life balance.

Package:

  1. £26k – £31k basic salary (depending on your experience)
  2. Company van and fuel card
  3. Overtime and on call allowance (1 week in 10)
  4. NHS discounts
