Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Merton is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader for a housing association project. The role covers repairs and maintenance in social housing, with a focus on domestic council properties and reliable tenant service.

Day to Day for carpenter multi trader:

• Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
