Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Carpenter Multi Trader to join a housing association in Croydon. You will perform daily repairs and maintenance on council properties, delivering solid customer service to tenants and using a PDA for work orders.

This temp-to-perm role offers a pathway to permanent employment after circa 12 weeks. Ideal candidates have maintenance or multi-skilled experience in social housing, with carpentry or joinery skills and a flexible, practical approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as maintenance operative or multi skilled operative in social housing or domestic properties.
• Strong focus on customer service when meeting tenants.
• Willingness to work in council properties and housing associations.

Day to Day for carpenter multi trader:

• Carrying day to day general repairs and maintenance in domestic council properties
• Good costumer service, meeting and greeting tenants
• Using a PDA
