Day to Day for Carpenter:

1. Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
2. Good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants
3. Using a PDA

Minimum Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance operative, multi-skilled operative, multi-trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties.
