Day to Day Responsibilities for Carpenter:

• Carrying out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties
• Providing good customer service, meeting and greeting tenants

Minimum Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position would have experience as a maintenance operative, multi-skilled operative, multi-trade operative, carpenter, joiner, UPVC specialist, plumber, plasterer, or handyman with experience in social housing or housing associations.
