• General day to day maintenance of properties
• 1st and 2nd fix duties
• Mainly Voids and Domestic Properties

About you:

You will have the following skillsets or experiences:

• Experience in the role
• Time served or qualified in your field
• Driving Licence is required as may be a Van provided
• Local Authority or Domestic experience

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £20 to £26 P/H (Can be higher for certain roles)
• Contract type: Contract – 3-6 month minimum.
