Overview

CARPENTER MULTI TRADER

• Perm position available
• Location: Covering North London Southgate area N14
• Van, fuel card provided
• £37490 - £39.463 per annum
• Good all round candidates with can do attitude.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a good North London Area. We are recruiting for an experienced multi-skilled Carpenter to cover the region of North London, who will ideally have experience of working within a social housing or local authority environment. You will undertake carpentry and other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, ‘right first time’, cost effective building services to the business and its customers. You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and long term relevant trade experience. Please only apply if you have experience working as a carpenter with extended skills having previously worked in social housing.
