A leading construction company is seeking a Carpenter to join their team at Royal London Hospital. The role involves maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe environment, and executing general joinery and decoration works. Ideal candidates will have a City & Guilds Craft certificate and at least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in a hospital setting. We are looking for a Carpenter to join our Building Services team on-site at Royal London Hospital.
The Purpose of the role will be to carry out fabric (including fixtures and fittings), maintenance reactive tasks and small works to a high standard. To ensure the fabric of the buildings provides a safe environment for patient’s, public and staff and to maintain contractual compliance.
This will include general painting, joinery, flooring and other fabric tasks to a high standard.
You’ll:
All employees will engage in and support Skanska to create a culture of customer service and care via the IFE programme for both internal and external customers and partners and to liaise with other departments regarding maintenance issues if required.
