Job description

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the Kingston area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is GBP21.40 per hour, GBP708 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.
