Currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to work alongside an experienced plasterer, working nationwide installing high-spec outbuildings ready for AV and Sim Equipment. The is a permanent opportunity paying up to £40,000 per annum, along with quarterly bonuses.

This is an exciting hands-on role assembling fully insulated modular buildings, fitted with internal plasterboard finishes and flooring systems, ready for AV and sim equipment.

You will require a full clean driving license as this role will require you to travel, you will be provided with a van and all required tools.

Responsibilities for this Carpenter opportunity (please note this is a two person position, one will be trained Carpenter and the other a Plasterer, the below responsibilities are a mix of both roles)

Installation of pre-fabricated Insulated and or SIP panels, including accurate setting out of base tracks

Assembly of structural walls, roof, door supports, and internal partitions

Fixing ridge, verge, eaves flashings, and trims using rivets and stitchers

Laying flooring systems, applying membranes, and perimeter sealing

Plaster boarding and skimming internal faces

Light general building and finishing works as required

Following step-by-step install guideswith attention to detail

Experience required for this Carpenter opportunity

Proven experience in modular, Insulated or SIP panel construction

Competence using power tools, riveters, impact drivers, and setting out

Understanding of general building works (e.g. insulation, sealing, basic roofing)

Good teamwork and communication between trades

Ability to interpret install diagrams and sequences

Essentials for this Carpenter Opportunity

One team member with a clean UK driving licence

Willingness to travel across England (accommodation & expenses paid)

Comfortable working at height (step ladders etc.)
