Job description

Reporting to the Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Undertaking all aspects of repairs and maintenance work (based on your skill set) to meet quality standards.
  2. Assessing work requirements upon arriving at the site.
  3. Communicating with the Call Centre accurately and promptly via telephone to receive job details and update service co-ordinators on work undertaken and requirements.
  4. Working Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A full, clean driving license.
  • Previous experience in social housing, contracts, or domestic repairs.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
