We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our in-house construction team, specialising in the refurbishment of residential properties we own across London.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry work, including:

• Timber partitioning and stud walls
• Installing and replacing timber doors
• Modifying or installing staircases
• Fitting kitchens and general interior carpentry

You'll be working on high-quality refurbishments as part of a dedicated property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work and wants regular, ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic carpentry and refurbishment work
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to read drawings and work independently
• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in high standards
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
