Your Role:

Repair/renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting paneling. Repair/renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes. Repair/replace/fit ironmongery to doors and windows. Repair/renew timber and UPVC window frames. Reglaze timber fencing and gates. Perform multi-trade tasks, capable of completing works in other construction trades including plumbing, patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling.

What We Need from You:

Must have completed a recognised Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification. Experience as a Multi-Trade Joiner, Plumber, or Plasterer, including installation of wet rooms & disabled adaptations. Competent in all aspects of joinery and/or plumbing trades. Plastering skills are desirable. Ability to perform multi-skilled trades, with core skills in joinery or plumbing, and experience working within a social housing environment (desirable). A driving licence is essential. Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and own tools.
