Qualifications

Join Our Client's Property Team as a Carpenter Multi - Bristol/Gloucester

They are currently recruiting for 2 experienced/qualified Carpenter Multis to join their Property Team in the Bristol/Gloucester area. As this role involves travel, a business-use van and fuel card will be provided.

What You'll Do:

As a Carpenter, you'll carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs in residential properties as part of the Responsive Repairs Team. Tasks include:

  • 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
  • Installing windows, doors, and frames (internal and external)
  • UPVC servicing and installation
  • Locksmithing (lock snapping, drilling, picking)
  • Fencing (feather edge, chain link, panels)
  • Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
  • Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance


What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Residential/Housing sector
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or 5+ years of proven experience
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year experience)

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with opportunities for call-out and overtime to boost your earnings.
