We're currently seeking a skilled
Carpenter
To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a great opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
️ Key Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work
• Fitting doors, skirting, architraves, and kitchen units
• Repair and maintenance tasks across occupied and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in property maintenance or similar roles
• Own tools and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location:

• Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
