Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Carpenter for a job opportunity covering domestic properties within Basildon, Essex.

This position offers a van, fuel card, specialist tools, and materials.

Responsibilities of the Carpenter:

1. Complete planned and reactive building maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.
2. Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties.
3. Install new wooden fixtures and carry out repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
4. Fit kitchens and bathrooms in new and void properties.
5. Repair windows, doors, and partitions.

Additionally, undertake minor building repair works covering painting and decorating, plumbing, tiling, and flooring.

About you as the Carpenter:

• Carpentry or Woodwork NVQ Level 2 (required).
• Experience in various maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating.
• Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
• Organized, punctual, and dependable.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
