Job description

Carpark Cleaning Operative

Working within the large cleaning department to carry out a variety of daily duties to ensure the carpark is always kept clean and tidy.

Working part of a team on a shift pattern that covers the followings times:

-Part Time - 5hrs per Shift

-4 Days On / 4 Days Off

-Early Morning Shifts - 04:00AM - 09:00AM

Main Duties to include;

-Removal of Waste within the Lobby Areas

-Sweeping & Mopping the Front & Rear Stair Wells

-Sweeping & Mopping the Lobby Areas, Including Lifts

-Cleaning the Main Entrances

-Assisting with Environmental Incidents

-Operating Various Cleaning Equipment

-Maintaining the Site to High Standards

-Assisting with the Sites Winter Strategy (gritting)

What we are looking for

-A competent and reliable induvial who is willing to comply with the company's Health and Safety procedure

-To carry out all duties effectively and efficiently with accordance with contractual requirements

-Have full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work to be carried out and time allocated to the area.

-Have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used within the premises and to attend all necessary training to be able to use this equipment

-To comply with the requirements of Health & Safety, other relevant legislation, and premises policies

-To wear protective clothing (PPE) as issued

-Perform miscellaneous cleaning duties as appropriate as instructed by the Cleaning Team Leader

-Good Customer Service skills

-Team Player
